What Makes Snickerdoodle So Special?

Like all of my cheesecakes, Snickerdoodle is handmade to order using high-quality ingredients and carefully layered by hand.

It all starts with a buttery digestive biscuit base that gives the cheesecake the perfect crunch and balance to the rich filling above.

The first layer is a smooth and creamy chocolate cheesecake filling, creating the rich chocolate flavour that runs throughout the cheesecake.

Hidden in the middle is one of my favourite parts of this flavour combination — crunchy peanut butter layered with homemade toffee drizzle. The crunchy peanut butter adds texture and a slight saltiness, while the homemade toffee brings sweetness and extra indulgence to every bite.

The cheesecake is then topped with another layer of the creamy chocolate filling before being baked.

The Finishing Touches

Once baked and chilled, Snickerdoodle is finished with a generous drizzle of chocolate, topped with crunchy peanuts, and finished with another drizzle of chocolate over the top.

The final result is a cheesecake packed with creamy texture, crunch, chocolate, peanut butter, and homemade toffee flavour all in one dessert.
