• Bring a Cool Bag: You will definitely want to take some cheesecakes home with you, and a cool bag keeps them perfect for the journey back.

• Pace Yourself: With so much street food and the Drinks Theatre to explore, it is an eating marathon, not a sprint! 

• Check the Weather: The festival is outdoors, so remember your sun cream or a light jacket just in case.

See Me Live In The Cake & Bake Theatre

I am beyond excited to announce that I am doing a live demo in the Cake & Bake Theatre! 👩‍🍳✨

I am taking to the stage to show you exactly how I create the signature creamy texture and decadent toppings that define Sally’s Baked with Love. I am sharing my top tips for perfecting your bakes at home and talking about my journey from starting with a small mixer in 2021 to where I am today.

It is a bit surreal to think I am sharing the same stage as MasterChef champions and bake-off stars, but I am so proud to represent our local community.
